Arizona home inspector license
Arizona Home Inspector Licensing Requirements:
An Arizona home inspector license requires 80 hours of education, passing the National Home Inspector Examination, NHIE, evidence of successful completion of 30 parallel inspections (apprenticesip home inspections).
Arizona home inspector licenses also require one of the following:
1) Errors and Omissions Insurance in the amount of $200,000 in the aggregate and $100,000 per occurrence;
2) a $25,000 bond or proof of assets in that amount,
3) an alternate financial assurance mechanism by the BTR with a value of at least $25,000.

Arizona Radon Testing (Radon Measurement) Requirements:
To be licensed or registered for radon inspection or radon measurement in the state of Arizona, radon testers are required to be certified through National Radon Safety Board (NRSB) or National Environmental Health Association - National Radon Proficiency Program (NEHA).
This radon measurement license requirement includes taking a NEHA or NRSB approved course. In Arizona, you are also required to submit a complete application, with requested attachments, to complete the radon measurement licensing/registration process.
When you have completed the course, you will register for the NEHA or NRSB exam. Both organizations require that you complete an approved course, pass their certification exam, and maintain your certification with continuing education.
