Montana Home Inspector Licensing Requirements:
Montana home inspectors must meet certain requirements for home inspectors including the Montana Trade Practice Act (Chapter 14, Title 30) that establishes a required standard of care that home inspectors must abide by. There is not currently a state test in Montana and home inspectors are not required to carry a specific home inspector license.
