Oregon Home Inspector Licensing Requirements:
To become a home inspector in Oregon, 20 points of education and experience must be obtained before taking the state home inspector exam. 10 points is the maximum number of points any one person can obtain from a Home Inspection training course. The other 10 points can be obtained by doing ride-along inspections with a licensed inspector in Oregon.
