South Carolina Home Inspector Licensing Requirements:
the South Carolina home inspector license law requires that home inspectors submit an application prepared by the Residential Builders Commission. All prospective home inspectors must pass the state licensing test. Inspectors must also have one year experience, and perform 50 home inspections under the supervision of a licensed home inspector in South Carolina.
