West Virginia Home Inspector Licensing Requirements:
PHII is approved to provide the required education for home inspectors in West Virginia. Our 10 day, 80 hour, Classroom course is approved in WV.

To become licensed, home inspectors must:
1.) Complete high school or equivalent
2.) Complete an approved 80 hour Classroom training course
3.) Successfully pass the NHIE
4.) Submit proof of liability insurance ($250,000)

West Virginia Radon Testing (Radon Measurement) Requirements:

The PHII Radon Measurement Course is an approved Radon Training Provider for West Virgina.
To be licensed for radon inspection in the state of West Virginia, testers are required to complete the approved radon training course and take a state exam.
This course has also been approved by both the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB) and the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) as an initial certification course. In addition, the NRSB has certified the course for 16 hours of continuing education.
